The offerings below are here to support you, on your own or within a relationship. Each one is an invitation to begin gently, in a way that feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

Life can sometimes feel like it’s asking more of us than we have to give — whether it’s navigating change, feeling disconnected from yourself or carrying emotions that are hard to name.

Individual counselling offers a space to pause and gently untangle what’s been going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, notice the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and find ways to create more ease and balance in your everyday life.

My approach is warm, collaborative and paced to your comfort. In our time together, I can help you build self-awareness, develop coping tools and reconnect with a sense of clarity and strength within yourself.

Couples
Counselling

Relationships can be both grounding and challenging, they ask us to keep showing up, listening and choosing connection, even when things feel hard. Whether you’re feeling distant, caught in the same arguments or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples counselling offers a space to pause and find your way back to each other.

I draw on the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps couples move from conflict toward deeper understanding and connection. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be getting in the way of closeness, learn new ways to communicate with empathy and rebuild trust and respect where it’s been strained.

I work with couples of all backgrounds and identities including but not limited to queer, intercultural and non-traditional partnerships. Every relationship has its own rhythm and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for both of you.

Session length: 75 min Fee: $265

Beginning counselling can feel like a big step, it’s completely okay to feel uncertain or nervous. My goal is to create a calm, comfortable space where you can arrive just as you are.

In our first session, we’ll gently explore what brings you here, what feels most important right now and what you hope to gain from counselling. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right.

The sessions take place virtually, allowing you to connect from a space that feels familiar and safe. Many people find this helps them open up more freely and integrate the process into their daily lives with greater ease.

You don’t need to prepare anything in particular, just find a quiet spot where you feel comfortable and give yourself a few moments to settle in before we begin. If it helps, you might take a breath, make a cup of tea or note down a few thoughts or feelings you’d like to bring into our conversation.

You might leave with some reflective questions or small practices to try between sessions, but most importantly, you’ll leave with a sense of being heard, supported, and met with genuine care.

What to expect in your first session

ICBC-Covered Counselling

If you’ve been impacted by a motor-vehicle collision and have a claim with ICBC, I’m approved to work as a direct-billing partner. This means if your coverage applies, I can bill ICBC directly, so you won’t have to pay up front and then go through the hassle of submitting receipts. You’ll simply share your claim number and a few details, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Please note that I do require a valid credit card on file in case your claim doesn’t go through with ICBC. If that happens, you can connect with your adjuster and then get back to me.

Anxiety and overwhelm

Stress and burnout

Grief and loss

Navigating bi-cultural identity

Life transitions

Self-esteem and personal growth

Emotional regulation

Body image and self-acceptance

Whatever brings you here, we can work together to understand it with care and curiosity, and take small, steady steps toward feeling more grounded and whole.
